Would revealing test results have changed cancer outcome?

Doctors are people too. We hold them to a higher standard, and rightfully so. However, some aren't as good as others, or make mistakes. Failure to alert a patient to possible changes in their health is negligence.

In my case, the first time my PSA rose above the "normal" range, he sent me to the urologist. Otherwise, I felt fine and no other symptoms. But I did have cancer, and am glad my internist referred me on.

Look, as soon as a doctor knows or suspects something, his job is to inform the patient. That's his job.

Un less the guy is alive and living the good live in da San Fernando valley...not that impossible you know...Pca is one strange cancer...I mean really...is there another one that compares ...Im not talking skin cancer...if its melenoma...yIkes...I mean what other cancer responds as well to treat ment on one hand and then on the other can kill ya in 6mos to a year wid everything thrown at it...Breast cancer stats are comparable ..but the disease really isn't....Pca is sooo particular...almost eerily so... I...and I have nothing but a sense of this...It seems to be the one cancer...that we may have the most control over as a human being...vis a vis...by our actions...no specific actions...just the way we live our lives...in peace or turmoil...its like it gives ya a fighting chance
