This one is quite comprehensive, from initial diagnosis through advanced disease. Long, but quite detailed.

I think it's excellent and I plan to watch many of the presentations several times. I wish there was an ability to stop and replay a section.

Unfortunately, I've yet to see a high risk case at the time of diagnosis.
