Anyone have experience with fulguration?

I have had problems with hematuria and clots over the last two months. I had two small lesions causing all of my problems. My uro fulgurated the lesions inside my bladder and stopped the bleeding. Now a week later, the bleeding has started all over again. Is this normal? I'm not scheduled to see my uro for another week.
