Sidekick- I had a greenlight procedure early 2015 and a TURP in May 2016. At that time they found PC. Had a biopsy that showed me to be high risk, it then took a consider amount of time to decide what to do. I considered all options, surgery, EBRT, SBRT HDBT. Out of probably six docs, two surgeons, three radiologist and my prostate doc only one recommended surgery. All except the surgeon recommended RT, but what kind? I had read good things about SBRT, but the radiologist who would administer it would not vouch that it was any better than EBRT. when I told my prostate doc that I was considering SBRT he suggested the triple play would be better. I informed him that my two prior procedure ruled out the High Dose Brachytherapy. He said not so fast, lets ask two radiologist who perform the procedure their opinions. After seeing an ultrasound of my prostate one doc said he could do it. The second doc said it was possible after seeing a mri of prostate. I chose the second doc to do the procedure, both highly recommended. He did say he would not typically do the procedure on a prostate that has had laser or TURP done to it but because of my high risk (G9, possible SVE) he would do I, He did say chances for SE's long term and short term would at least double that of a normal prostate. But I chose it anyway because the HDBT substantially increases survival. Now six weeks past the BT I still leak a bit but it is improving, working on those kegels. Long term effects hopefully will be minimal. So BT is possible if you have had a greenlight procedure. I'm no expert but this my experience. If you are a G9 you may consider a Lupron injection because they will probably put you on hormone therapy no matter what yo do. Again I I'm not an expert there a lot of people on this site who are way more knowledgeable than me.
Good luck
