That is an excellent question to ask your urologist's nurse about. When you call your doctor you probably go through some sort of menu -- If you are a hospital press 1... If you are a pharmacy press 2... If you need to schedule an appointment press 3... etc.. Somewhere on the menu will probably be a choice to talk to the doctors nurse. That's the one you want. Your question is exactly the sort that urologists' nurses get paid to answer every day.
But, if you still want my useless opinion, I wouldn't worry about it too much. Doesn't sound like a big deal to me. It doesn't take much blood in your urine to make quite a show so when you describe it as "noticeable" that means it is probably a drop or two. It's only been two weeks. It's not surprising that you would still see a few drops of blood when you pee.
So, like I said, don't worry. But call your doctor's office anyway.
