My husband had prosthesis implanted and it never work. Contemplating getting another one put in. Can he sue the manufacturer? The new doctor stayed something about
the water reservoir not working.. We really don't know where to go from here..

You might consult a Lawyer. Wishing you better results if he has another implant.

So sorry to hear that his did not work. Mine works like a charm. If it is any consolation - The first surgery is supposed to be the most difficult - from those that have had to have replacements, they are a much simpler and straightforward procedure. Of course, the goal would be to never need to go there.
