Ask your doctor about it. I had some marginally out-of-scale results on some of those numbers. Yours may or may not be of concern, but do talk to your doc.
My oncologist looked at the numbers, said he also treats quite a few leukemia patients "who would kill to have those numbers.". I thought "Seriously? My comparison baseline is leukemia patients!?".
His point was that there wasn't much they could do to help my numbers anyway, since their go-to appears to be a transfusion. And you have to be way, way down that road before a transfusion would be warranted. So, we just keep an eye on it and consider it another thing not to worry about.
Exercise regularly, eat properly, rest and fluids, that sort of thing.
I'm developing a significant list of things not to worry about.
