PSA from 0.17 to 0.23

Hello,
My father has diagnosed with prostate cancer and bone metastases in 2015. On January 2016 he began the therapy with Zytiga. His PSA decrease to 0.17. This month he has again new test blood and his PSA was 0.23.
Could it be a big problem, or it is still not go big problem? IS it a sign that Zytiga stop working?

No, it's not a problem. There are natural daily variations in the PSA output. They like to see more definitive evidence than a single minor increase before deciding that it's not working. That is still a very good response.
