Hello friends,
I see many posts with problems and I am wishing eveyone can get past the beast and live well.
I mostly post when I am worried, nervous, confused and in despair. Also, some questions I can only ask to those who "get it". I am very thankful for that.
Today I want to provide an update. I finally found the courage to look at my most recent PSA results on line.
I am a happy camper! PSA <.008. Also, today....well this morning....I had my first full erection (one viagara) and gave the wife a big hello. The dribble also has also gone to a couple of dripss during erection so also thankful for that!
I consider myself continent but need to be careful when passing gas, mostly before the morning pee. No stress incontinnce after 2 months from surgery.
I hope this trend continues and it was not just a one off.
So it is possible and does happen!
I still freak out before I read my PSA tests. I know the beast can come after me. But for now and 1 year post open RP I am happy with my results.
My friend goes in for open RP on Tuesday, we are the same age. I am praying for a good outcome.
I wish everone well.
Greg
