First followup results after UCLA HDR Brachy Monotherapy, very happy!!

I am happy to report the results of my 3 month visit after receiving HDR monotherapy from Dr. Demanes at UCLA
1) CT Scan negative for metastasis
2) Bone scan negative
3) PSA which hit 20.1 right before treatment in February 2017 is now 2.98

So, I am incredibly optimistic that this treatment was successful. I do have some side effects after 3 months, specifically more urgency when I need to urinate, some ED problems but improving, and some burning.

I just snuck into the criteria for monotherapy, in fact PSA 20 was cutoff so at 20.1 I was technically over that, but am very happy I did not have to do EBRT and ADT in conjunction with the HDR.
