Hello KMCLARK1,
I want to offer my congratulations on your GOOD NEWS about ZYTIGA !
It's obvious that it is already helping you ... that's a hopeful sign. May this downward trend in P.S.A. scores continue for you ! You have every reason to believe that your P.S.A. will continue to decline.
There are several of us here who are taking ZYTIGA right now. As you know, it's important to take the four daily pills on an empty stomach and to not eat for at least an hour afterwards. I've found that it is important to buffer the daily pills with plenty of WATER --- before, during, and after taking each of the four daily pills.
ZYTIGA is also helping several friends of mine here, who are "rowing alongside me in the same boat" ~ in terms of our shared health diagnosis.
I didn't know what to expect when my main oncologist suggested I start taking ZYTIGA to help keep my P.S.A. levels in check, following a series of chemotherapy treatments.
He wanted to see how my P.S.A. was doing after I started ZYTIGA ... so he had me return for lab work within a month ... fortunately, we began to see immediate results.
To track my own personal progress on ZYTIGA, I started saving the empty medication bottles each month. I just opened my 23rd monthly bottle of ZYTIGA ... so, you can visualize that row of empty ZYTIGA bottles lined up on my shelf ... it makes me more mindful of the breakthrough medications that have emerged for us in the past few years.
Just wanted to express my congratulations to you, KMCLARK1 ! Continued success with ZYTIGA !
Handshake, congratulations, best wishes,
