Just received my second interpretation from Dr. Epstein's lab at Johns Hopkins. Out of 14 biopsy's one had Prostatic Adenocarcinoma, Gleason scorev3+4 (Grade Group 2) involving 70% of one (1) core approaching 50% Gleason Pattern 4. The original reading from Univ. of Miami Health center was 40%. I would like thoughts on where to go for a second opinion on a treatment plan. I would like a large center like Cleveland clinic etc. My Urologist says watch with yearly biopsy's Thanks for your thoughts Mel

Mel-
It appears you are, like me, in Florida -
The Mayo in Jacksonville and Moffit Center in Tampa are both NCCN member institutions.

I don't think it serves you well to find treatment plans based on institutions. You should be seeking out specific specialists in treatments that are appropriate for you. You won't be treated by an institution, you will be treated by a specific doctor and his staff. If you are in Florida, some top choices for you would be:
surgery: Vipul Patel (Orlando)
SBRT: Debbie Freeman (Tampa)
Seeds: John Sylvester (Lakewood Ranch)
HDR brachy: ?
Focal ablation: Gary Onik or Stephen Scionti (caveat emptor!)
IMRT or protons: long and expensive with no better outcomes than SBRT
You have plenty of time.
