Post-Brachy Pre-IMRT PSA 0.28

My husband's MO drew a PSA test yesterday at 0.28.

He had HDR brachy 13 days prior to the blood draw, and he started IMRT later that day. (He is on casodex and Lupron too)

The MO's office called and left a voicemail with that PSA number...no further information about testosterone, etc...

My hubby was afraid the phone call meant it's too high...I figured it's good news that it's low like that after extreme molestation to the prostate during the brachy...

where should it be right now?

I'm not sure why the signature didn't post. His PSA was never particularly high - it was less than 7 when he was diagnosed with G9. Glad to know the current number seemed reasonable. I think he expected to be undetectable at this point, but I am not sure if that's a reasonable expectation during radiation (especially after brachytherapy).
