Hey Tony, it sounds like everything is going well for you. Congratulations especially for the spectacular PSA levels. I hope your Provenge goes equally well, though it will be taxing and require much patience.
On the frequent overnight bathroom visits, I've noticed the same thing, even though my AUS has not even been activated yet. I used to have pretty good bladder capacity before the implant... 500-700ml every morning, after maybe only one or two overnight wakeup calls. Now I get up at least twice, sometimes 3 or 4 times, plus I have to sit to pee or I splash everywhere. And it feels like there's still a little left in there, like I'm not draining all the way. My Uro doesn't want to see me for another month.
Anyway, I suspect I lost some bladder capacity during the two weeks the Foley was in, like it lost some of its stretch. I think you may have mentioned something like that in another thread. Here's hoping we both get some of the lost capacity back in the weeks and months to come.
BTW you mentioned a 'friending' request and I replied to your post but don't know how that works on this message board. I have never found any form of PM function here on HW. I am on FB but only to 'reserve' my real name there and rarely ever go there. How can we contact each other? If you are on either of the other MB's that I frequent, we can PM there. Same username everywhere.
