lower abdominal still gets sore 3-years after robotic sugery

Does anyone still get discomfort to the point were they have discomfort when straighten up after sitting. I can kinda corolate this to going on the treadmill at full (15) height. But I wasn't having this a year after my surgery. I guess my concern is that I knew someone who got bladder cancer after being treated with seeds for prostate cancer. My PSA has been undetectable, so another question I have is would a undetectable PSA mean I don't have to worry bout bladder cancer?

Second the notion of getting checked for a hernia.

PSA and bladder cancer aren't related.
