Law Suit...are forums like healingwell safe...

Its coming...some one will file and win big...forget crossed t's and dotted I's...a sharp Lawyer will prevail when the consequence of "advice" is catastrophic...justice is slow but sure...and justice's definition will evolve quickly to its rightful meaning...why?...simple...because wrong is always...always rectified...Mark it...thoughts...comments...do your worse...if possible...can not wait for the replies...especially if there are none...

There have been several cases recently where teenagers were held liable for posts that encouraged others to do harm to themselves (one in TX today), and another (still today) for implied damages to a company's reputation by negative posts on social media.

We have a policy of not bashing doctors or providers, lest someone decide to take a swipe at Peter as the site owner. You'll notice I tend to shut down such threads early.
