Probiotics are very important, but no yogurt doesn't make the cut. Too weak and most have sugar. Supplements(the strong ones) are good here.
Or you can easily make you own kefir(similar to yogurt) from organic non gmo soymilk or coconut milk. I make some every week, you just need the starter from a health food store or online.
And you can feed your own probiotics with various high fiber foods(prebiotics), and especially with fermented foods. Yogurt would be one of those, but like TommyC said, dairy and especially sugar make that a possible problem.
