The seminal vesicles are the main source of semen, and the prostate secondarily. Surgery always removes both - so there is no hope of true semen after surgery. Radiation treats the prostate and dries up that source, but the seminal vesicles get a much reduced dose and may be spared in some men. Whether or not they continue to function normally depends on anatomy, formation of scar tissue, and how sensitive they are to radiation.
The Cowper's gland secretes a lubricating fluid (pre-cum) that is a minor source of fluid. With SBRT, insignificant amounts of radiation reaches it, or the penile bulb.
The muscle contractions at orgasm are not affected by radiation, so it still feels like you're shooting.
All those tissues tend to atrophy with disuse, so keep shooting!
