Kegels and radiation

Is there any benefit to doing kegels before starting, during and or after radiation?

kegels might have some benefit, but you don't hear a lot about it for radiation. Surgery, yes, do it.

No, because kegels are for incontinence and incontinence almost never happens due to radiation. If you are incontinent now, it may be useful, however. Radiation can sometimes cause the opposite problem - retention. Kegels won't help with that, but alpha-blockers will.
