A slow creep up in PSA often BUT NOT ALWAYS, is typical of prostate cancer. You can't do anything but wait. And think. But that can be bad for your health (thinking).
If you have to think, think about
this.... in a worst case scenario, if you do have PC, with a PSA as low as yours in the 4's, it's highly likely you'll be able to just get it taken care of, and move on with your life.
I know that's hard to comprehend right now, but you'll see. Even if you have it, your highly likely to, as they say, die with it, not of it.
Hang in there, we know it's really hard. We get that. Just put one foot in front of another till you get the results. Try to find things to keep busy
BTW, I don't understand the connection between low T, Impotence and prostate cancer at initial diagnosis. That can happen during treatment, as far as I know, it's not a sign of prostate cancer. Peeing often can be, but it can often just be a sign of an enlarged prostate, a benighted but bothersome condition.
