Penile pumps

As an engineer, I wouldn't think it would be very difficult to construct on. It won't be "medical grade" but functional. Hell, maybe a wine vacuum pump contraption might work. As a big red wine drinker, I know those suckers can pull a vacuum on a wine bottle.

I may be getting off cheap on the injectable because of low dosage. I was going to use the pump for therapy and the injectable for actual sex with my wife. My dosage for the injectable is pretty low so the cost is really quite low also. I just don't like the idea jabbing myself several times a week.

In many cases the same companies that make the expensive "prescription medical devices" also make less-expensive "consumer" models. Some of the brands to look for are Osbon ErecAid, Bonro Medical VacuRect, and Encore ImpoAid. These aren't the only brands but if you Google for these you will probably find most of the online vendors.

I used a Bonro Medical VacuRect for three and a half years and I liked it well enough. Their entry level device sells from a small number of online vendors for something like $195 making it one of the more expensive of the consumer-targeted models. Osbon makes a number of models that sell for around $100 and other decent machines can be had for less than that.

I was told Amazon has a good pump for no more than $100. I don't have the brand name at the moment, but it was recommended by my penile rehab specialist. He thinks it should be used with other modes of therapy, like Viagra. He says you can use it for sex, but he believes it is more helpful in maintaining your erection tissues until the nerves heal.
