My father age is now 69. He had a severe hematoria in the year 2007 and then the urologist had conducted a surgery to remove the mass. After removing the mass, Biopsy report said that he has Grade-1 carcinoma. After that we had gone to the oncologist who suggested that to take Radiation therapy. But for the fear of consequences of radiation therapy, my father didn't take the therapy. We had lived in a village area where the treatment and diagnosis facilities were poor, so that my father didn't go through the observation. After five years, he had a hematoria again, but it was mild and lasted for one day. But after that, in 2015, the cancer had been recurrent, hematoria had started and not stopped. So we again went to the urologist and he had conducted a surgery again, but this time there is some residues as the doctor said that the tumor had been spread to the base line of the prostate, so that he couldn't cut them all off. After the surgery, again we took a biopsy where the report said that he has Grade-2 (P-1) stage carcinoma. We went again to the oncologist and he said that it was still at the low risk stage so that the intravasical chemotherapy could cure the PC, but the doctor also suggested that to went with a MRI for the certainty of stage. We went with MRI and report was T3b. so the doctor suggested to take the combination of chemo and Radiation therapy, but my father didn't take them. after the second surgery in 2015, just eight month had passed and he again got hematoria. We again went to the urologist and took another surgery, and again there remain some mass. Doctor suggested us to cut the prostate full off. Before that we took a biopsy with the removing mass that had taken from the surgery. But the biopsy report that he has a low grade pappilary carcinoma. I got surprised. after 1.5 months of surgery, we diagnosed with a PSA test, and the result was .87ng, then we have been regularly imaging with Ultrasound of prostate in every four months since then. USG report every time says that there is two mass lesion which could be residual or recurrence, two mass, size of them are 9.8*5.5cm, 3.5*2.8cm, every time the size is same, six months ago it had been increased as it was 10.2*5.6, 3.5*3cm. we scared again, but three months ago, after taking homeopathic remedies for six months, mass size for the first time has been reduced as it was 8.2*4.5cm, 3.1*3cm, wall thickness had also reduced from 15cm to 9cm. he has no frequent urgency for urinating at the night time, and every time there was no lymp nodes swelling. in this period, during last 1.5 years after getting last surgery, there had been mild hematoria 5 months back for once during urination and the color was mild reddish. and then it has not come again. He has Diabetic,at the age of 69 he is still doing his job as he is the school teacher though he has fatigue all the time. I don't have faith on homeopathic remedies, apart from that, the diagnosis report is contradictory too, so what should I do now for ensuring the situation? and what would be the best treatment option?
