Thank you to everyone in this supportive community.
After reviews of biospy slides at local hospital, Hopkins, and Memorial Sloan Kettering, this is a composite:
Left side 6 cores all agree all benign
Right base 1/2 cores positive, 8%, linear amount 2.5 mm, 90% G4, 10% G3
Right midgland 2/2 cores positive, 85%, linear amount 26 mm, 80% G4, 20% G3
Right apex 2/2 cores positive, 90%, linear amount 22 mm, 60% G4, 40% G3
Does this suggest the cancer is more in the apex than the base, and if so would surgery be more likely to leave positive margin, meaning radiation would likely be better?
Will receive results of MRI from medical oncologist tomorrow but trying to anticipate what option(s) to explore.
