Worried About PSA--ONE Basic Question -Please-

I agree that a biopsy is the next logical diagnostic step. (Keep in mind that most prostate biopsies are negative for PCa.) It's good that you're checking this out, but the evidence (in my non medical opinion) points to many possibilities besides PCa.
