MpMRI results question and results

Thanks to all who slowed me down after my initial diagnosis. Im happily on AS and feeling great. I had my MpMRI today and the results look good. No focal lesions, no extracapsular extension, seminal vesicles and all else look ok...except one part Im not sure of:
"Free fluid: Trace pelvic free fluid is noted."
and in the conclusion/impression section:
"Trace pelvic ascites"

Seems like ascites is a fancy word for free fluid in the abdominal region. Is a trace amount normal? alarming?

The Radiologist (office) that performed my 3TmpMRI noted "Trace Ascites in Pelvic Region, Non-Specific".
I had a second interpretation of the MRI from another radiologist and he did not make a note of the Ascites. I doubt there is any significance if there is only small amount noted.
