I don't bike, but read a lot of threads (primarily on the cancer survivors network) about the AMS before having mine implanted last year (it feels so good to say that now). I've read that you can buy a special seat that has a split down the middle, so the seat does not press against the cuff in your groin.
From my personal experience, I know the times when I can feel myself squirt is when I sit down. If nothing else, you will likely feel uncomfortable with a standard bike seat pressing on your internal plumbing. I'm still getting used to the various sensations having the device in there.
