sorry to mention, here I am after completing combined therapy in july of 2013, I reached an NDIR of .017 5/2014 with a testos of 58. stopped lupron at 1 year, 3/2014. psa creep .037 .063 .112 .210 .417 .624 then double 1.294. Loma linda is reviewing and will advise. My current URO is more in the 2+ndir camp and with an intermittant lupron. my T has also crept up to 225. still low. 6 months doubling indicates aggressive? I'm not sure where this will go, upsetting to say the least. no side effects so far.

I'm sorry to hear about the possible recurrence. When you say "combined therapy," could you please explain what you mean by that? Does that mean proton+lupron, proton+IMRT+lupron, or some other combination? If you can, please relate what the total dose to the prostate was and whether you received whole pelvic radiation. Also, did you have a bone scan/CT after you were diagnosed with GS9? Your answers dictate what your options are.
