(What may have confused you is that a treatment, Lu-177-PSMA, is "theranostic" because they can detect it with a gamma camera or SPECT. But in real practice they usually just inject some PET scan Ga-68-PSMA along with it - the PET scan gives a better picture than the gamma camera.)
