increased leakage

I'm experiencing increased urinary leakage. I was completely incontinent after RP, but recovered control fully after about 8 months. Then I had radiation, and that resulted in a small amount of incontinence, but it slowly went away over a period of four months. Now the incontinence is back, especially with some nighttime floods. I saw the urologist and he game me some Toviaz, which is similar to oxybutinin. Doesn't help. Floods 2 nights in a row. Any thoughts on what is happening, and why four months post-radiation this woujd be happening?

try elimination ofcertain foods - for me, caffeine, citrus fruits, cantaloupe give me urgency and more leakage. Your bladder is very sensitive and taking some drugs like oxybutynin might help also. If you drink camomile tea in the evening, it might relax your bladder muscles and cause leakage. This is what I have learned from experience
