I am new here and having trouble with the site.

Can the pca3 really give a Gleason score?
Thanks fo any help as to what books to read, what questions to ask.
Welcome, kit49!
The site’s platform is a bit quirky, many have trouble navigating it. If you tell us what specific problems you’re having, the regular members and moderators will help you.
From the reading I’ve done about
PCA3, its prognostic value is still unclear and it certainly can’t give you a Gleason score. Some studies suggest that high PCA3 correlates with aggressive PCa, but that’s about
as far as it goes. Some urologists may be using it, in conjunction with other noninvasive tests like PSA, PHI, and mpMRI, to determine whether to order a biopsy.
