Stephen Fry describes his prostate cancer experience

British comedian and television personality, Stephen Fry, announces his experience with prostate cancer. I can kind of relate to the emotion you can hear in his voice despite his trying to keep a brave face. I remember telling someone and even though I was previously quite confident regarding being fairly matter-of-fact, I was quite take aback when my voice cracked, exposing a little more emotion than I had intended. The clip doesn't present anything we don't already know but perhaps some of us can relate to his experience.

By coincidence, the day before, I had just started listening to Fry's narration of the complete Sherlock Holmes. That audiobook is a total delight.

Great video. its too bad his Gleason went from a 8 to a 9. I didn't know 1 in 4 African Americans will get PC. That's a pretty scary stat. He doesn't look too good in the video - seems like PC has taken a big bite out of him. Hope his surgery is successful and he is back in full swing of things
