Here we go again methinks

Hi everyone, came off HT in December 2016 with a PSA of 0.02, last PSA was 0.68 on 27th November 2017,
went for another one on 28 Feb 2018 came back as 2.21 ! , so guess I am going back on HT when I see my oncologist on 14th March, been doing this PSA dance since 2007.

With intermittent ADT there is no set time or PSA for coming off your vacation. Some MOs use one or another protocol, some play it by ear. I think you should do whatever you are comfortable with.
