Definition of Hormone or Radiation Resistant

Good morning,

I am confused and need some clarification. I am happy that my brother's cancer responded to the hormone and radiation treatment. His 4.56 PSA is now .o1. Doctor no longer feels cancer on exam.
He has taken his "last" hormone shot which lasts 5 months.

Is it considered non-resist
T 4 + 3 ( Possibly 4 + 4)
Brca 1 family
palpable on one side
Hormone, then Radiation, Now five months of hormones

Ok Good. Wasn't sure after last hormone treatment had to wait to see if rise to see if resistant.
