Not sure if anyone else CrossFits. I do a modified version with a personal trainer, who also own a CrossFit "Box", as they call their gyms. I credit my fitness for my relatively easy time through my HDR procedures. I only missed three weeks of workouts during the two week therapy.

Anyway, I saw this guy through a national Crossfit Facebook post. He's a 76-year-old PCa survivor and a genuine badass. He owns a "Box" in NYC. I just think he's a good inspiration, though I don't know him personally.

Check out the video on the site where he talks about getting his prostate removed at 68 and dealing with it psychologically.

If his name is frank...I saw a bit on him a bit back...just googled him...saw his legs...not pretty...Il kick his butt and even give him a handicap for da legs and da year up on me{I'm 75}...don't get in a tizzy folks...trash talk is fun among the fit...Oh and can he drop from da lip on a 8 footer on a 9'6" tanker{surf speak} and survive the power rangers a gunnen for him umm sounds like my time here on the forum...gimme a rick flair wooo!! I know annoying
