What type of briefs to start with after catheter removal

Buy a small pack of both and wear what feels best. Eventually I felt better using the thick guard inside my own underwear when I figured out how to avoid any leaking. I liked the Walmart brand and found the price reasonable compared to name brands. I wore the real fit brief at night until I was comfortable with a pad not leaking.
