Well, the good news is that I just go my PSA results. It will be 2 years come 8/25/18 and this is my 4th PSA test results:

So, that is GREAT news. Now... I went to my urologist hoping to possibly start the injection route as I don't see to get anywhere with the Generic Viagra. The most I have taken is 40mgs. The other problem, I don't have anyone to share/try it out with. The wife is basically non existent in the Sex part of the marriage. It will be 23 years on July. But the intimacy is pretty much gone and honestly even prior to the PC diagnosis, it's been lacking. Now, my wife can live w/o the sex, or the intimacy, but it's taking a toll on me, granted I can't do much, but.... I was thinking of upping my does and trying 60mgs to see if I even get an erection. but... I read you just don't get it, it has to be triggered by foreplay and that's pretty much not going to happen. So, I am at a loss, actually sad about this situation that my wife doesn't nor hasn't made an real attempts to even talk about the condition whatsoever. Which sucks as well. Then to think I want to try the shot if the Generic Viagra doesn't work, Yikes.. I don't have any one to share the possibility of an erection with! I am sure my wife would try and help me out, but when it's done out of bare necessity vs enjoying the intimacy factor, it really hurts. Need to figure thing out as I can't live in a relationship w/o zero intimacy much longer.

I am sorry for your situation in recovery from your RP. I totaly understand you and your situation.
It must be hard as it is. Believe me, you are not alone.
I am in exact same situation. I am approaching 18 months post RP and experienced the same. My wife is also non existent in my sex Life because she is not interested and she does not care how I feel.At time of surgery, I was 51 and was very active sexually. With RP everything went down the drain. I am lieVing now totally sexless life. My wife is non existent in our sax life.
My recovery post RP did not go as expected. Lost lots of length 2+ inches and some girth. My penis so far did not show sign of life and it is still in deep coma. I had RP with bilateral nerve spearing and also PLND total of 8 lymph nodes were resected. At this point, my erectile function recovery did not start. I tried pills Cialis and Viagra with no success. VED pump did not do anything for me even I tried 3 different vacuum pumps with no success. I used TRIMIX and BIMIX which produced erections in about 70% of time but my erect penis looked pathetically small, one inch of shaft and penis head. Not enough to stay in place where it was intended. My last attempt to have sex was Labor Day weekend of last year.
I am totally disappointed in RP surgery and its recovery. What ever my surgeon told me before surgery was perfect sales pitch to get my business.
Turned 53 a few months ago and don’t see future for myself.

I hear what your are saying about the E.D. I went through the whole route of Viagra, Cialis and Muse with no luck. The pump did give me an erection, but it went down quickly once the vacuum was removed.sad My wife is still very interested in a sex life. I have not heard that you need foreplay to get an erection from the trimix mind you, and do get a semi erection after about 10 minutes.

I have just started the Trimix and have not gotten a firm enough erection for intercourse. Currently I am at 70mg and get a semi erection. The urologist I see said to cut back a bit on the Trimix and try a Viagra. I just saw her last week so will give this a try soon. She was also alright with me taking the dosage higher. I will report back later on the dosage.

70mg is a large dose. As little as 1 unit can get me hard as a rock but also caused unbearable pain. After rp you need to vac every day to keep blood flow. Your penis will shrink .2 to 5 mm per month without blood flow. Use it or loose it. Wives tend to use the RP as a reason to quit sex. On top of the RP and cancer you have your wife telling you she doesn't care for sex. This is the #1 emotional issue guys discuss with sexual therapists. In many it is devastating emotionally. In my brain, I was not a man without being able to get a hard on. I got an implant, whether I had a partner or not. Do it for yourself.
