So I got the call from my Urologist earlier today. 4 cores positive out of 12. Each positive core was 3+3=6. The positive core involvement was 5%, 5%, 20%, 30%. He said the placement was pretty scattered. Also mentioned something called Atypia. I forgot to ask the prostate size but he's mailing me the report. I'm also trying to get the office to fax it to me. He's thinking rebiopsy in 2 years. I'm due for a followup mpMRI this July. I tend to have difficult biopsies. He just wanted me to process this, but I'm thinking I may still be ok to stay on AS safely. I'm going to set up a consult meeting with him to discuss further.
