I had Brachytherapy a day after you.
Fortunately, at 12 weeks my urinary issues are approaching normal -sometimes with good flow and sometimes not. Just last week with a weak stream, I'm standing and I wish I had been sitting, as I end up not being able to control the stream and it's all over the place including my pants. However, now I have little to no sensation of the urine creeping along the urethra millimetre by millimetre thus my claim that it's approaching normal.
Back in late February/early March urinating at night had the intensity of an orgasm but without the pleasure and longer lasting. And it would stop and start with the same effect each time. I would purposely not drink too much after dinner and I'd still be up every two hours. I found that taking ASA or an Ibuprofen (both anti inflammatories) before bed would help extend my visits to the washroom.
My prostate is a lot smaller than yours, which might explain the fewer problems.
I was always able to walk to the store (no car) for groceries or take a walk in the park, but I was experiencing the odd episode of fatigue.
