Wondering if there is a certain level of decrease in PSA that one should hope for between tests or is any decrease a blessing ?
In this last 3 month interval there was a very modest .03 decrease and of course I am happy that there wasn't an increase.
However, I guess I was hoping for a greater decrease but uncertain if that is realistic so please share your thoughts.

PSA results following primary radiation of any kind is a crap shoot for some. A lot depends on your activity just prior to test, normal daily fluctuations, lab testing, and the ever present threat of prostatitis. You went down; that's always a good thing.

Your trend is good. You are at the stage some men have a bounce or increase in ODA. It can be surprise but not a problem. Radiation works wonderfully well but requires patience

your initial decrease was excellent and the downward trend is what you want to see. it could get bouncy -- look at mine -- but that's to be expected.

While you were happy there wasn't an increase, an increase (like the one you had in December) is actually prognostic for success - so is a longer time to achieve nadir.
