Congrats, P34! Did they give you shiny new certificate of completion? Did you get to ring the bell?

Thanks, I did get a humorous graduation diploma and I rang the bell 3 times. It was an emotional moment.saying goodbye to everyone. After dealing with it all for the past year it just seems weird that its just over for the most part. I don't know if anyone has this but since the Lupron I get all weepy real easy. I'm tired of that. I hoping for the best though.

P34..... Congrats on finishing up your srt. yeppers I've always been kinda emotional anyway got it from my mom I guess but now since being on Lupron I should sign up for the movies cause I can cry on a snap of the fingers!! LOL I kinda figure it's better to be suffering the emotional effects of Lupron rather than the effects of advanced PCA so when the grandson asks why I have tears sometimes I just tell him it's cause I love him and that answers his question and he's on to the next mission!!! Kinda puts it all into perspective. yeah

Yep, this is a fairly common side-effect. "Emotional lability", doctor words for it.

After 3 years on ADT, I began to understand why women like to watch some of the movies they do (generalizing, of course). Never having experienced emotionality like that, those movies are kind of like exercising a muscle you didn't know you had.

Or put another way, after a lifetime of my sort-of emotional "radio" only picking up AM, suddenly I discovered FM and thus a whole new realm of communication to explore!

Thanks Larry, that does put it all in perspective. My wife and family have been my rock through all this. My granddaughters always bring a smile to my face. I guess now life goes on and I wait to see what happens from here.
