2 1/2 years after brachytherapy my PSA is 1.3. Should I be concerned. It as been going down since my procedure.

Welcome to HW.
as long as it's going down you're good. Radiation is a slow road and your PSA could keep dropping for years before you hit nadir.
What was your PSA before?

duckster: If you could provide us with a little more info we could make a better call. Know this for sure, "downward" trends are good news! Know also that some LDR folks take longer than 2 1/2 years to nadir.

Your PSA going down is a good thing. But can you fill in on your initial diagnosis? Gleason score, PSA and anything else that's relevant. Also did you have LDR (seeds) or HDR brachy?

Hello Duckster and welcome. The other posters have asked the operative questions so please give us a little more info so we can do a better job of responding. If you could include the whole string of post brachy PSA readings that would be helpful also particularly to assess if you are simply having a bounce.
In general though...down is good and it can take a long time to reach nadir. It took me 6 years.

Mine took 4-5 years to reach nadir. Slower is better.
