Eleven years ago this time I was awaiting my October date with the Robot, reading everything on Healingwell, trying to learn as much as I could. Thanks to so many members on here, I was able to keep the nerves to a minimum, and had a pretty good idea what to expect. I am one of the lucky ones, although my PSA had risen to 11 and I had a prostate full of cancer, it had not spread. Today my 2018 results come in, and I remain undetectable. Drinks and steaks are on me tonight!

I bet you had the std psa test all those years...and were not sucked into the black hole of ultras...where every one gets "cured"...but no one escapes....I would expect nothing less from a beachbum...being one myself...great news...absolutely...ps 4 hours on the table...you defintly had a thorough surgeon...with a lil help from his friends ...I was 4.5 hrs on the table...with open surgery and only 36 hours in the hospital...Bruce Dalkin...great surgeon...great guy...

I didn't know there was a special test that screened for STDs as well as PSA. Wish I needed it.
