I chose surgery based on my pre-op biopsy however my post-op biopsy results suggested otherwise.
My Rising PSA was the indicator for additional treatment or treatments. (Surgery+SRT+6m/Lupron)

I said "Throw in the kitchen sink..."
I'm at "0.00" for now.

Undoubtedly. But which ones? And since we know that early SRT has better outcomes than waiting, why would a man take the risk of waiting? In the absence of RCTs on very early (uPSA) treatment, we can only rely on retrospective studies.

When I was diagnosed in 2008, I talked to doctors, read books, read this forum, and wound up choosing surgery. I think if I had the same diagnosis today, I would choose a version of radiation--partly because the technology has made some good progress, and also the level of understanding of what surgery does and doesn't do is better. Anyway, to answer the question, I just finished salvage radiation.
