Something for you info-junkies.
OK, new plan. I have a copy of the PDF file but I don't currently have a link. Drop me an email and I'll send what I have. -- PeterDisAbelard

check the URL - it doesn't lead to a web site, but to some local file.
I'm not able to see it and really want to read new and important information.

Andrew,
I tried to email you a copy. Let me know if it doesn't arrive.

I think you have to sign in as a pro to see it. Otherwise, there's the patient version:

Surprised there hasn't been some discussion about
this new edition.
What's new?
What has changed?
PS: I am confused; the patient version that Tall Allen referred to is dated 1.2016.

They last updated just a few months ago, so not a whole lot of changes Just some expected changes to reflect the recent approval of Erleada and Xtandi for non-metastatic CRPC. They added methylprednisolone
(4 mg bid) as an option with Zytiga. The patient version hasn't been updated.

I have read through these slides/pages, and prefer the recent AUA/ASTRO/SUO guidelines as a starting point for men who have a biopsy pathology, and are choosing a treatment (including AS). I buy the NCCN publications each year, but still would recommend the clinicians' guidelines instead.

Based on our collective experience, one wonders how many clinicians actually follow them--it appears that many do, especially those at the major research type centers--but many local practice docs do not.

I always follow them.
Well, except for the part where I'm not a doctor.
Other than that, I follow these.
