Just to get a feel for where I stand amongst my peers....I don't ever feel the need to wear a pad and never really have. I consider myself 100 percent continent. But....I'm not 100% continent. When I lift something heavy....I can feel a squirt. Sometimes for no reason....I feel some "seepage" for a second or two. The lifting squirt happens a lot. The "no reason at all" happens every 2 or 3 days.
Has anyone ever had surgery and not had
anyleakage ever??
Just wondering where I fall with everyone else who considers themselves 100 percent continent.
Thanks

IT, I am about
the same. I never really NEED a pad, though I wear the smallest ones on occasion, mainly for a sense of security. But they are always dry at the end of the day.
I don't really have any issues when lifting or working in the yard or hiking with a pack. I probably tense up subconsciously to prevent problems, but I don't much think about
it. My only remaining problem are little spasms a few time a day that, if I don't clamp down pronto, a drop or two will escape. Sometimes I can't get clamped fast enough to avoid a drop or two. This is after over 4.5 years.
EDIT: Oh, and I can go over 4 hours without any problems holding it, with little urgency. As I clicked "submit", I had a sneezing fit while seated, about
4 hard sneezes. Nothing at all escaped, with little effort by me. But when I get up in a minute, probably 15-30 seconds later, I will have one of those spasms.almost guaranteed. 95-99%?
