If we didn’t have anything to worry about
then fields and fields of human crops would fail. I should have taken the blue pill.

I never understood why you couldn't take both pills ...

Andrew -
If you took both, what would have to happen is that you would be sitting and working at your desk in your office building, humming right along, and then the mean menacing machines would come crashing in, and you would have to start doing battle with them, but then your desk and office would start wobbling and flashing out of existence because they're not real in the first place, and then the agents would come charging in to get you, but you would escape them by jumping out of a window and flying 200 yards through the air, landing on the roof of an adjacent building, where you would stop, collect yourself, and ask "What the h*ll is going on??!?!"
No, you can't take both pills at once because life suddenly would get much too complicated!

Worried Guy is a very generous guy to host the Prostate Cancer gathering in New York.
Worry has complex components, some genetic, some environmental. There are many avenues to live at peace with it:
Medication
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Good Sleep
Happy Relationships
A cuppa tea or other favorite beverage
Etcetera (fill in the blank)

Hosting the gatherings has helped me not worry so much! I get to meet so really great guys form all walks of life and from all over the country.
I've also learned that no matter how bad a hand you think you've been dealt, there are always options.
And I get to eat the leftovers for another week or so.
Thankfully, the humor gland is not attached to the prostate.
Jeff
