Last night I actually sleeped from 2100 to 0430 without getting up....
That has not happened in a very long time....

That is pretty good 7 1/2 hours uninterupted, congrats. At age 63, with my enlarged prostate still there, I usually have to get up to pee every 3 hours, or twice a night. The other night, I forgot to turn on the light and tumbled down the last step twords the bathromm on the lower floor at our home. I survived Ok, but that was a dumber than dumb move..hate getting up so much. I might have to get a pee pot by the bedside!

My "regularity" lol is once a night...and that's with no prostate. That feeling I had of always having to go passed on it's own.

Normal for me anywhere between 3-6 times a night, So last night was a shock...
