Clinical study suggests darolutamide / ODM-201 delays spread in nmCRPC. Full results to be reported at a conference.

The molecular structure of Darolutamide is quite different from enzalutamide, apalutamide, bicalutamide and the androgen blockers drugs. This gives (me) hope that it has a lasting effect, perhaps even after other -lutamides.

Nepol I am guessing it might be approved for non-metastatic CRPC in 2019, hopefully. There are quite a few trials ongoing including one for hormone sensitive PC.
