Hi guys,

I haven’t posted anything in some time but I look everyday.

I have been on CHT since Feb 17. My PSA have been 0.02 since then. I saw my URO on
The 16th of this month. He called and left a voicemail on my cellphone that my PSA was
still 0. I wanted to know 0. what. When on their web site, PSA 0.03. I sent email asking
If I should be concerned about this. They replied that my PSA was still undetectable
a the lupron appears to be working very well.

I will see him in February.

Any comments will be helpful.

YAY!!!

That's a great PSA. the difference between .02 and .03 in your case is likely just test noise.

I wouldn't be concerned at this point.

I think Andrew's got it right. Your numbers haven't been spectacular, but 0.03 certainly is a spectacular number. You've got to enjoy the victories, and this one is a clear victory. I suggest a celebration.

I agree, too early to worry. You can worry later if required. That is actually a very small change, and these things can actually go down. Or, it might not increase any more for quite a while. I had been stable at .02, then a mere 3 mos later I tripled! But then I failed to go up 3 mos later and then actually backed up just a smidgen, so that 9 mos later I still had not increased any after that huge 3 month jump. So my sudden triple apparently was not telling me a lot. So, your future tests will tell you if you have a trend going. Hang in there!

For what it's worth, Cleveland Clinic doesn't report anything lower than .03 to their patients. Those ultra sensitive numbers just drive people nuts. For several years my PSA was at <.03; now it's at .05 and it seems to be stable. My urologist advised me not to lose any sleep over it.
