Diet plays a pretty big part in regards to the se's associated with RT. Stick with very basic foods, that means white bread, no nuts, no red meat, no sauces/gravy, etc.. If you are already doing this, then hang tough.
I had zero issues with my prostate before RT, but about
half way through I was up 2-3 times a night. Stay clear of drinking water starting at about
2.5 hours before bed time, that's helps some. about
a week after RT was over, no more issues getting up at night.
